Practitioner Terms of Service
Version 0.1, effective October 11, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Ayurli ("Ayurli," "we," "us"), which operates ayurli.com. By creating a practitioner account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't create an account.
1. What Ayurli is
Ayurli is an online directory and platform that helps people find Ayurvedic practitioners. We list practitioner profiles and, over time, will offer tools for scheduling, messaging, and practice management. Ayurli is not a healthcare provider and does not provide Ayurvedic, medical, or any other care. You provide your services independently, not on behalf of Ayurli.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to give accurate information when you sign up and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
3. Approval of your profile
We review practitioner profiles before they appear publicly. We may approve, decline, or ask for changes to a profile at our discretion. Approval is not an endorsement of your qualifications or services.
4. Your profile is public
Once approved, your profile is visible to anyone who visits Ayurli, including people who don't have an account. Your profile may include your name, bio, location, training, specialties, services, and links to your website or social profiles. You can edit or remove profile content at any time, and we may display your profile in search results and on other pages of Ayurli.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add, such as your bio. You give Ayurli a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, format, and share that content as part of operating and promoting the platform, for as long as your profile is active. You confirm that you have the right to share everything you add to your profile.
6. Your credentials and claims
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of everything on your profile, including your training, certifications, and experience. You agree:
- Not to claim credentials, licenses, or training you don't have
- Not to claim your services diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, unless you are licensed to make such claims where you practice
- To follow all laws that apply to your practice in your state, including any scope-of-practice rules
- To hold any business licenses or insurance your practice requires
We may ask for proof of your credentials at any time.
7. Conduct
You agree not to use Ayurli to post false or misleading information, harass anyone, infringe anyone's rights, or break any law. You also agree not to try to access other users' accounts or interfere with how the platform works.
8. Fees
During this early period, listing on Ayurli is free. If we introduce fees later, we will tell you in advance, and you can choose whether to continue.
9. Removing a profile or ending your account
You can close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or remove your profile or account if you break these terms, if information on your profile turns out to be inaccurate, or if we reasonably believe your listing could harm clients, other practitioners, or Ayurli. Where it's reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.
10. No guarantees
Ayurli is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that you will receive any client inquiries or bookings, or that the platform will always be available or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ayurli is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from the services you provide to clients. You agree to be responsible for claims that arise from your services or your profile content, and to cover Ayurli's reasonable costs if such a claim is brought against Ayurli.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Ayurli grows. If we make important changes, we will notify you by email or in the app and may ask you to accept the new version before continuing to use your account.
