About
My own difficult postpartum recovery led me to Ayurveda's traditions of care for new mothers, and I've spent nearly a decade sharing them. I work with women before conception, through pregnancy, and in the tender weeks after birth, with warming foods, gentle routines, and practical support for the whole family. I offer sessions in English and Spanish, in person in Santa Fe or online.
