About
As a mother of two, I know how much a child's sleep and appetite shape the whole household. I work with parents to understand their child's nature and find simple, food-first changes that the whole family can follow, with gentle yoga for older kids. I also see adults for digestion and sleep. I offer visits in person in Seattle and online.
