I grew up in Chennai watching my grandmother prepare kashayams for half the neighborhood, and that kitchen is where my interest in Ayurveda began. After completing my BAMS and several years of clinical practice in India, I moved to New Jersey in 2012. My consultations are unhurried: we look at your digestion, sleep, cycle, and daily rhythm together, then build a plan of food, routine, and herbs that fits the life you actually live. I see clients in person in Edison and online across the US.
